At The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, we want you to love every sip and every brew. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of non-perishable merchandise or equipment, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and unused. Please note that coffee beans, tea leaves, and other perishable food items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include your RMA number inside. Ship the package using a trackable method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
