How do I ensure the freshness of my coffee beans?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. We recommend consuming our whole bean coffee within two weeks of opening.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on coffee, tea, or powder products. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our guest services within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
